Policies

  1. Cancellations: We kindly ask that if you’re not able to make your reservation that you notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled service to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. If you miss your appointment you will be charged 100% for the services scheduled.

  2. Late Arrivals: If you believe you will be arriving late to your reservation, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your arrival. Please be aware that if you do arrive late, we cannot guarantee that your full service will be performed, and we may need to reschedule your service. Guests that arrive 15 minutes past the start of the appointment time will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.

  3. Product Satisfaction We will gladly return or exchange Aveda retail items within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Refunds will be based upon the original payment method.

  4. Service Satisfaction We want to ensure you are satisfied with your service, but understand that adjustments sometimes need to be made. Because of our thorough consultations, there are no refunds on services. Service concerns must be communicated within 7 days from your original appointment, and will be rescheduled within two weeks with the same stylist who originally performed the service. We will do our best to promptly resolve any concerns with your service. If requesting a stylist in another pricing tier, the difference in pricing will be at the expense of the guest.
