Cancellations and Restrictions

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours for all cancellations. If a customer fails to provide cancellation notice 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or fails to show up for the appointment 2 times, that customer will be required to provide a credit card to reserve the next appointment and will be charged at 50% of the service charge for any future missed appointments. Please understand that we are reasonable people but after 2 incidents we will need to take a credit card.

 

When booking more than three hours worth of services in one day, we require a credit card to reserve the time slot. Failure to show up for your appointment or failure to cancel 24 hours prior will result in the charging of 50% of the service price to the credit card used to reserve the time slot.

 

We truly regret that we must implement this policy, however we value our clients’ time and need to insure that our schedule runs as smoothly as possible. Also, our technicians are paid by the service and not hourly.

 

Restrictions

Discounts, specials or coupons are NOT applicable to wedding parties, extensions, and Keratin treatments unless explicitly stated.

 

Return Policy

All makeup products are non-refundable. All services are non-refundable, however we will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues you may have had with any of our services.
